A registry study to evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of currently used treatment regimens for chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and similar lymphomas

Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) is an umbrella term for malignant diseases of the lymphatic system, which can follow very different courses. A common form of NHL is chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), and there are also other, sometimes rare, subtypes. The goal of the CLL registry is to collect long-term data on treatment outcomes and the tolerability of the medications used in this group of lymphomas, with the aim of improving treatment outcomes over the long term. The study does not investigate new medications or forms of therapy. Patients aged 18 and older who have been diagnosed with CLL or similar subtypes are eligible to participate in the study registry.

To improve the treatment of lymph node cancer (lymphomas), there are numerous clinical trials, most of which focus on specific subgroups. The collection of “real-world data” is an additional tool for drawing conclusions about the course of treatment, prognosis, and unmet medical needs based on data from everyday clinical practice. The goal of the GLA registry study is to better understand the course of these diseases and the effectiveness of various treatments in real-world clinical practice. Women and men aged 18 and older with a confirmed diagnosis of malignant lymphoma are eligible to participate, regardless of whether they are currently undergoing treatment or not.
