What is this trial about?
The GOAL-II trial is investigating the efficacy of adding a new antibody to existing standard therapy in patients with relapsed aggressive lymphoma.
Detailed description
Patients with a relapse of aggressive lymphoma who are not eligible for intensive therapy, or for whom no curative options are available, may be treated in this study. According to current clinical practice, these patients are treated with what is known as chemoimmunotherapy (antibodies in combination with chemotherapy). The study aims to investigate whether adding this additional antibody leads to improved efficacy.
